SPRFC offers Junior Fitness classes for those with childcare or family memberships. Junior Fitness is a FREE activity class for children 2-12 years of age. We introduce your children to the benefits of exercise through play and work on skills such as balance, movement, agility, cardio, and stretching.
Each class offers warm-up stretching, game playing and cool down featuring different activities each week.
Class days and times are posted in the child care room. Simply sign your child up 15 minutes prior to class. Please make sure they wear athletic white-soled shoes and are dressed appropriately for exercise.
