| Mollie Armes |
Mollie is the Fitness Manager at SPRFC. She is an ACE Certified Personal
Trainer and has been with our Club since August 2000. Mollie designs programs
for total body strengthening and toning, losing body fat, core stability
and strengthening, and general fitness for all levels and ages. Mollie loves
her job and enjoys helping members accomplish their individual goals. |

| Terri Arnold |
Terri is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness instructor.
She is also certified as a Water Art Instructor, Arthritis Foundation Aquatics
Leader, Johnny G. Spinning instructor and AAAI Yoga Instructor. Terri has
been actively involved in fitness for 25 years. She believes the key to
maintaining interest is workout variety and fitness professionals who challenge
and educate their clients, She enjoys working with people in designing comprehensive
fitness programs that are effective, efficient, enjoyable and suited to
each individual’s needs. |

| Kevin Davis |
Kevin is an IFPA Certified Personal Trainer.He is an avid cyclist, and
teaches our Club’s “JR. FITNESS” class. Kevin also teaches various workshops
to educate members. He lives and promotes a healthy life style. Kevin works
with all ages and levels of fitness and strives to help members enhance
their quality of life in all aspects. |

| Brian Ferguson |
Brian is an IFPA Certified Personal Trainer and Sports Nutrition Specialist.
Brian teaches weekly workshops and SPRFC’s Clubbin’ Cardio group fitness
class. Brian has been with our Club since 1996 and looks forward to working
with our members to help them attain their fitness and nutritional needs

| Anthony Harley |
Tony is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and a
Licensed Chiropractic Technician. He has worked in the
fitness industry for five years. He concentrates on core strength, general fitness and sport specific training, designs programs for total body functional strength, changing body composition and toning. Fitness has always been a major part of his life, whether it’s training for sports or for pure enjoyment. His purpose is to provide motivation, along with quality exercise programs for members from all walks of life. “No matter what your goals are, focus and dedication are all that you need to succeed! I’m here to prove it!”

| Amy Murphy |
Amy is a Physical Therapist and an ACE Certified Personal Trainer. Amy
joined our fitness staff in 2002. She has an extensive background in both
orthopedic physical therapy and kinesiology. Amy heads our Transitions Program,
which involves physical therapists, personal trainers and their clients
in the transition from rehabilitation to wellness of the body. She is dedicated
to helping members of all ages and abilities to achieve life long goals.

| Cynthia Price |
Cynthia is an IFPA Certified Personal Trainer and has been with SPRFC
since January 1999. She designed and runs our L.I.F.T. (Ladies In Free-Weight
Training) and teaches various workshops. Cynthia anticipates helping members
reach their maximum potential. |

| Debbie West |
Debbie is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor.
She is also an AAFP Certified Medical Exercise Specialist. Debbie is qualified
to train those with specific medical conditions, including pre/post natal,
and those wishing to reach general fitness goals. She also does sport–specific
and team training. Debbie has been in the fitness industry for over 18 years
and with SPRFC since 1992. |

| Joel Wexler |
Joel is an ACE and ISMA Certified Personal Trainer. He received his training at Anne Arundel Community College. He has been actively involved in fitness for over 26 years. Joel has been a member of SPRFC since 1981 and is an avid racquetball enthusiast. Joel enjoys working with people of all ages, but especially older adults, to help them improve their fitness and encourage a healthy lifestyle. |
