Jim has been active in the fitness community since the early 1990's. He holds several Personal Training certifications from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and the American Aerobic Assoc. International (AAAI). He is also a certified Group Exercise Instructor under the Aerobics and Fitness Assoc. of America (AFAA), Aqua Fitness Instructor (AFAA & AAAI), Kickboxing Instructor (AAAI) and Weight Management Consultant (AAAI). Jim's enthusiasm definitely helps his clients reach their goals, have more energy and enjoy life to its fullest.
