SPRFC
offers a free running club to our members. It is a non-competitive
group of runners encouraging each other to run their best.
Working in partnership with the Annapolis Striders,
we will have guest speakers, workshops and team rallies to cover
all of your running needs. Each month we pick a race to run
together as a team.
Registration forms can be found in the club at the
Racer's World Information board located outside Cardio City.
The success of our club relies on our member's participation,
suggestions and commitment.
