Matthew joined the SPRFC Spin team in 2008. An Electrical Engineer by
profession, Matthew takes a technical approach to Spinning. The training
that Matthew has received from renowned heart rate expert Sally Edwards
is integrated into everything Matthew does as a Spinning Instructor. "I
enjoy passing knowledge on to members as much as possible. As an avid outdoor
cyclist, I'm keen on making the outdoor cycling experience a fundamental

Desi joined SPRFC in 2000 and joined the Spinning Instructor team in 2003.
Although he is an avid tri-athlete, Desi describes his approach to Spinning

more fit, but also about improving their lifestyle all around—protecting
