    Interval training that focuses on exercises that uses major muscle groups, compound movements, and high intensity training. This is a high-level class that utilizes individual and partner challenges that will push you to your limit. The lights are low, the music is loud, and the energy is high. (A solid foundation of fitness is recommended before taking this class).
