•  Lose to Win Lottery Contest — Back by request! Let yourself play! You pay $20. You lose 10 pounds in 8 weeks and you win a split of the pot. Winnings are based on the number of players. Contest runs May 3rd through June 28th Sign up at the Front Desk NOW.
•  Aquatic Fitness Facility — Did you know that water is 12 times more dense than air? Try some liquid strength/cardio options! Check out the pool schedule for a wide range of classes for children & adults– a great option to gravity! Lessons are available for those looking to improve stroke skills.
•  Fitness Trainers — The trainers are ready to help you enhance your workout with some great options or assist with improving form and technique. Even if you can’t make a workshop, just ask and they’ll gladly provide suggestions and expertise! Kick off your day with bootcamp or get your legs in gear each week with Brian.
•  Group Fitness — Summer is just around the corner, and often includes changes in people’s schedules. Be sure to share requests or comments that you may have about our summer class schedules. We value your input and give serious consideration to all feedback.
•  Racquetball— Registration will soon be available for summer doubles. Check with Val for details. Check out the clinic for an intro or a refresher! It’s easy to learn, fun to play and provides a great workout in a short period of time. Friday night drop-in Wallyball is a happenin’ time—Check it Out! 7—11 pm, game on
•  50+ Fitness — Join us this month to learn exercises that increase lower body strength. Healthy strong legs and feet improves posture making the entire body feel better and work optimally. Check out yoga, Power Pilates, core control, and Group Power classes in The Body Shop which are all perfect for seniors.
•  Spinning® — It’s time in the training cycle to improve strength on the bike. Join us for Pedal Power and Tempo training to gain better performance. Bring a buddy to ride on Memorial Day, it’s a great way to kick off the summer. Guests are welcome to join Intro to Spin clinic also. Share the Spin phenomenon!
•  Wallyball — If those little blue racquetballs aren’t your style, try a bigger blue wallyball. It’s fun, it’s easy. Join us this spring and summer for a hot Friday Night date. Drop-in Wallyball runs from April 23—August 27th. Free for members and only $7.70 for non-members. Too much fun to miss!
