out the pool schedule for a wide range of classes for children & adults–
a great option to gravity! Lessons are available for those looking to improve
stroke skills. |

strength. Healthy strong legs and feet improves posture making the entire body
feel better and work optimally. Check out yoga, Power Pilates, core control,
and Group Power classes in The Body Shop which are all perfect for seniors. |

Spinning® — It’s time in the training cycle to improve strength on the bike.
Join us for Pedal Power and Tempo training to gain better performance. Bring
a buddy to ride on Memorial Day, it’s a great way to kick off the summer.

Wallyball — If those little blue racquetballs aren’t
your style, try a bigger blue wallyball. It’s fun, it’s easy. Join us this
spring and summer for a hot Friday Night date. Drop-in Wallyball runs from
April 23—August 27th. Free for members and only $7.70 for non-members. Too
