| A new high intensity class with Personal Trainer
Cynthia Price. Tuesday/Thursday sessions April 6th - 29th; two
classes: 9-10 am or 7-9 pm. Monday/Wednesday class April 7th
- 30th; 9:30 - 10:30 am. Each class will provide a different
program alternating between cardio and total-body strengthening
moves. You will get your heart rate up, blast calories and sculpt
from head to toe.Eight sessions; fee applies. Sign up at Front
