CrossFit Training with Cross Fit Level 1 Trainer, Cynthia Price
The CrossFit Program was developed to enhance competency at all physical tasks. You will train to perform multiple, diverse, and randomized physical challenges successfully. This fitness is demanded of military and police personnel, firefighters, and many sports requiring total or complete physical prowess. Compound movements and short high intensity cardiovascular sessions produce results. You will get your heart rate up, blast calories and sculpt from head to toe.
