Christi Darcy is an outstanding trainer in many ways and I have benefited greatly from working with her. For example she has helped me improve my balance and core strength through guided exercises. In addition my neck has stopped hurting since she helped me correct the way I was holding my shoulders. I am stronger and stand straighter than I have in many years. Recently someone commented on my appearance and asked if I had lost weight. I had to answer no, but I knew that I looked better because of my improved posture. I plan to make my weekly workout with Christi a continuing part of my life.

A “Shout Out” from SPRFC Member, Jana Trovato.
I just want to give a shout out of thanks for Denise McKoy and her aquatics class. I’ve been in the class for about 6 months now and I am so enjoying her class (and workout.) I’m a fairly new member at the gym, starting just over a year ago. I have a nagging knee issue that has caused me to have to alter my exercise so not to exacerbate my knee. This led me to Denise’s class. I figured I’d give it a try at least once and she sure did not disappoint. I’ve been attending her class ever since. It is an extremely excellent total body and cardio workout! It is also a very fun class and the best part is that it is not exacerbating my knee. I’m really enjoying being a member at SPRFC. It’s a great gym!
