| Bench Press Contest. . .You have three months to train
for your lift! Men lift 225 lbs X 12 reps (or their body
weight 12xs). Women lift 80 lbs x 6 reps (or 50% of body
weight 6xs). Sign up in Circuit Room. Contest ends March
31st. |

Ten weeks to train. Starts January 12th. You will be
part of a team with leaders who will assist and encourage
you throughout the event! This is a great way to know
the club and your trainers & instructors. Who will

just a diet. Our unique approach will help you achieve your
weight loss goals and learn to make healthy lifestyle changes
so you can keep the weight off!. Only $5.00 a week.
Meetings will be held weekly, Fridays, 5:30-6:00 pm, throughout
