Arms, Abs, & Assets

Like the name suggests, we work arms, core and lower body without a lot of cardio. Great class for beginners to advanced athletes.  Go at your own pace.

Barre

Lower body sculpting incorporating isometric movement, light weights, mat work, Ballet Barre, gliding discs, and exercise ball. All fitness levels welcome. For beginners to advanced athletes.

Cardio Kickboxing

High energy workout incorporating plyometrics, MMA, and HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) principles. This workout will increase cardiovascular endurance, strength, and agility.

GROUP POWER ™

The ORIGINAL BARBELL CLASS from MOSSA. The ideal workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – FAST! Using light to moderate weights, with high repetition, BODYPUMP delivers a total body workout.

Cardio/Core

1/2 hour of cardio using HIIT and body work and finish with 1/2 hour of just core work.

Clubbin’ Cardio

It’s time to jam to the hottest club sounds. Let the grooves move you, the lights are down and the room is rockin’. It’s dancin’ mixed with squatin’ ‘n lunges… now that’s a workout!

Glutes, Core & Mobility

A focus on glutes and core, but so much more. Body weight, free weights and any prop will do in this class.

Jammin’ Cardio Circuit

You’ll experience 30 minutes of Clubbin’ Cardio and 30 minutes of strength training. The best of both worlds!

Forever Fit

This class uses light weights, bands and stretching to increase range of motion, strength and balance.

SPIN

Classes fusing the science of cycling with your passion to excel! Ride a variety of challenging experiences delivered on our state-of-the-art Spinner Blade Ion® Power bikes. Let’s Ride!

Step Class

This is not your mother’s step class!

Cycle HIIT

A 30-min HIIT workout using an indoor bike to achieve fast results. Short and intense cycling program combining motivation and pushing your physical and mental limits.

Total Body Fitness

Anything goes in this class…Get ready to get your heart pumping and your body sweating, using all types of equipment to get the job done! At the end of 60 minutes you will know you worked your “total body,” you will feel energized!!!

TRX

A paid class that is offered once a week.  It is a full-body workout using suspension training.  Lots of balance, core strength and cardio are utilized in this small group setting.

Yoga

Practice physical postures, breath, alignment, and stretching while exploring yoga philosophy and cultivating body awareness. Your body will thank you for taking the time to restore, renew and energize your spirit.

Zumba

Zumba involves dance and aerobic movements performed to energetic music. The choreography incorporates hip-hop, samba, salsa, merengue and mambo.
