SPRFC offers Summer camps for children ages 5-12. Both members and non-members are welcome to attend. Space is limited and some weeks fill up fast. Sign up by March 31 and save $10 per week with our early bird pricing.

Before and after care available from 8:00 a.m. – 9:00 a.m. and/or 2:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. for an additional fee.

2025 Summer Camp Themes
Session 1 ~ June 16-20 – Secret Agent
Put on your detective hat and search for clues to solve mysteries and find treasures. They will do secret agent training and practice the skills they have learned with scavenger and treasure hunts, the kids favorite, a QR code scavenger hunt, and our Camp SPRFC escape room.
Session 2 ~ June 23-27 – Mad Science
Do you like to experiment? Put on your lab coat and join us for a week of slime, goo, explosions, concoctions, and fizzing bubbling chemical reactions. We will also have our camp favorite tradition, blowing up Gerald our watermelon.
Session 3 ~ June 30 July 3 – Building & Engineering
Put on your engineering hat…it’s time to build! Each day the children will try to pass new engineering challenges by designing, building and testing crazy contraptions. Campers will have a blast each day with new challenges using a variety of materials including the children’s favorite Legos! Thousands of LEGOS! It will be a jam-packed week of building finishing off with a giant air vortex cannon.
Session 4 ~ July 14-18 – Art Camp
Calling all art lovers! Grab a paint brush and see how creative you can be! Let your imagination come alive and create beautiful art projects using different types of art mediums. Acrylic painting, mixed media, sketching and more!
Session 5 ~ July 21-25 – Drama Camp
Each day of our Drama camp will be an adventure. We will play drama games, sing songs, and rehearse towards our end of the week camp performance of Jungle Book! We will balance our theater work with art, movement, and play. Family and friends are invited to see all the children’s hard work in our Friday performance. We will record it for anyone who cannot attend or to share with relatives that live farther away. Don’t worry, we will still be using the pool every day in this camp!
Session 6 ~ Aug 4-8 – Color Wars
1,2,3,4…Are you ready for a COLOR WAR? Teams Red, Blue, Yellow and Green will all unite for a week long competition, where they earn points with every action. There will be a huge variety of events, activities, games, and challenges in this action-packed week. This is our most popular camp, by kids and counselors alike. Let the competitions begin!
Session 7 ~ Aug 11-15 – Superhero Training Academy
Sharpen your inner superhero powers at our Superhero Training Academy. The children will create their own superhero identity. They will practice skills such as teamwork, balance, speed, strength and accuracy. Then they will put those skills to the test participating in mock superhero missions. Campers are welcome to wear Superhero costumes this week.
