Arms, Abs, & Assets
Like the name suggests, we work arms, core and lower body without a lot of cardio. Great class for beginners to advanced athletes. Go at your own pace.
Barre
Lower body sculpting incorporating isometric movement, light weights, mat work, Ballet Barre, gliding discs, and exercise ball. All fitness levels welcome. For beginners to advanced athletes.
Cardio Kickboxing
High energy workout incorporating plyometrics, MMA, and HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) principles. This workout will increase cardiovascular endurance, strength, and agility.
GROUP POWER ™
The ORIGINAL BARBELL CLASS from MOSSA. The ideal workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – FAST! Using light to moderate weights, with high repetition, BODYPUMP delivers a total body workout.
Cardio/Core
1/2 hour of cardio using HIIT and body work and finish with 1/2 hour of just core work.
Clubbin’ Cardio
It’s time to jam to the hottest club sounds. Let the grooves move you, the lights are down and the room is rockin’. It’s dancin’ mixed with squatin’ ‘n lunges… now that’s a workout!

A focus on glutes and core, but so much more. Body weight, free weights and any prop will do in this class.
