My name is Bella and I’m a NASM CPT who has a passion for health and weight training. I grew up staying active as a child, taking part in dance and gymnastics. As a teenager I battled with some dark times but made it through. I found weightlifting through a class in high school where I discovered a new found passion. I have extensive knowledge about bodybuilding and developing muscle through my own journey, and I continue to keep up with the lastest research on exercise science. I am currently in school to become a physical therapist assistant, and I have the education on injury prevention and recovery from exercise. If you aspire to build muscle, develop better bone health, and are not afraid to work hard, then I may be the perfect trainer for you!
