Our trainers will assist you in increasing your muscle mass, improving cardiovascular output, and enhancing functional movements. There is a fee for their services. CIRCUIT TRAINING
The Circuit Training Room includes our selectorized line of Life Fitness machines.
FREE WEIGHTS
This room is fully equipped with Hammer Strength and Body Masters machines, dumbbells, Olympic bars, and a variety of exercise machines. If you are interested in free-weight training we recommend using a personal trainer. Stop by the Front Desk to schedule an appointment with one of our nationally certified personal trainers.
FITNESS ORIENTATION and ASSESSMENTS
The Fitness Department is committed to making your transition into fitness a pleasurable and effective experience with the individual attention you deserve. Our program is designed according to ACSM (American College of Sports Medicine) guidelines to instruct basic fitness principles including flexibility, strength and cardiovascular systems.
Your Fitness Orientation consists of an introductory workout session with a personal trainer. This session is your orientation and will last one hour. You will be instructed on the use of our weighted circuit training machines as well as our cardiovascular equipment.
This orientation is available to new members during the first month of membership. Inquire at the front desk.
